摘要:本文对天津某小区出现的大范围不热问题,通过前期理论验算、现场检测等手段,诊断供热系统和建筑围护结构存在的问题,采取经济、可行的适宜手段解决实际问题。通过对实际供热系统改造工程案例的阐述,希望对相关人员有参考借鉴意义。

Abstract:In this paper, against the large-scale not hot issue emergence of a district in Tianjin, by early checking theory, site testing and other means of diagnosis heating system and architectural end problems. Take appropriate and feasible technology to solve practical problems. Through elaborate practical case of heating renovation project, hope to have a reference for relevant personnel significance.

本项目位于天津市北外环线以外,供热面积约10万㎡,小区二次网自换热站开始分为东西两个支路,供给19栋居民楼和3栋配套公建,供暖系统分为高、低区,室内采暖末端为地板辐射形式。位于二次管网支路末端的1#、11#,12#、13#四栋楼,出现大面积不热的情况。典型房间室内平均温度在14℃左右,尤其是北向卧室温度更为偏低。下图是小区二次管网示意图。
